Wednesday Breakfast Club Week 7

Now that its school holidays and your children may be sleeping in more here is a breakfast idea that the kids can do by themselves without your help. Leave out the healthiest bread you have (preferably wholegrain) for them to toast. Top wth peanut butter and sliced banana. Sprinkle with chia seeds for extra protein and crunch. A perfect start to the day even if you are in a rush heading up the mountain to ski!
