Wednesday Breakfast Club Week 4

This week I am focussing on healthy fats and in particular the avocado which is one of  natures wonderfood with all the reasons why they should be in your daily or at least weekly eating.  For breakfast have them on a wholegrain toast such as Vogels with some thinly sliced tomato and seasoning - the perfect way to start the day!
